Sealed bids will be received by Franklin County Emergency Management Agency and Archimages, Inc. for New Furniture for a new Emergency Operations Center facility.
Project Location: 403 East Main Street, Benton, Illinois, 62812.
Bids will be received digitally for Franklin County Emergency Operations Center. Submit by 12 noon local time on Friday, February 21, 2025. Bids received after said time will be not be eligible. Bidders must provide bid response to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected].
Accepted bids will be opened and read at 1pm Friday, Feb. 21, 2025 at Archimages, 143 West Clinton, St. Louis, MO 63122.
No faxed bids will be accepted. Beginning February 4, 2025 drawings will be available via request from Archimages, Inc.
Electronic documents will be available via email to [email protected] and available for inspection at Archimages, 143 West Clinton Place, Kirkwood, MO 63122.

Franklin County Emergency Management Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein and to except the bid most advantageous to the agency. In addition to being required to comply in all respects with the most current state statutory provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages and shall pay all workers performing work under the contract, not less than the prevailing hourly wage is as determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Franklin County hereby notifies all bidders that each will be afforded a full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin. The prevailing wage provision and those other provisions applies to all work performed on site.
