Mann is wanted out of Franklin County for driving under the influence. Mann is 60 years old. She was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area. Anissa R. Haymon is wanted out of Franklin County for two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Haymon is 30 years old. She was last known to be living in the Energy area. No current pic for Haymon.

Ramp ClosureBeginning Monday, Oct. 7, the southbound I-57 entrance ramp at Illinois 149 (exit 65) in West Frankfort will close for approximately five days. The closures are necessary for construction of the Illinois 149/I-57 roundabouts.
