The Franklin County Highway Department will close Park Street Road between Mulkeytown Road and the Franklin/Perry County line today from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for bridge maintenance. Access will be restricted to emergency vehicles only. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and plan for delays.
