Franklin County Government invites qualified, licensed ambulance service providers to submit sealed proposals to furnish comprehensive emergency medical services and ground ambulance transportation within the designated Franklin County service area. The selected provider will operate as the County-authorized exclusive provider, subject to the exceptions established by County ordinance, applicable law, mutual-aid arrangements, and the final agreement. Qualified providers are encouraged to submit proposals to the OEMC by November 13th, 2026.
