(1) Sealed Proposals for an excavator will be received in the Office of the Franklin County Engineer, 13034 Oddfellow Lane., Benton, Illinois, until October 9th, 2025. All Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 AM in the Franklin County Engineer’s Office.
(2) Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Local Agency, which may be obtained at the Office of the County Engineer and shall be enclosed in an envelope marked “Excavator Bid” Franklin County. Specifications are available at the office of the County Engineer, or by email. Please call 618-439-0331 or email [email protected] for details.
(3) The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals.
