Franklin County Board will be accepting sealed bids for the following mowing.
Bids for mowing services of the following county buildings…
· EMA … 401 E. Park Street, Benton
· Justice Center…411 E. Main Street, Benton
· Sheriff’s Office …402 E. Main Street, Benton
1. Twice a month- mow should include weeding on the enclosed area north-west and south side of building.
· Storage Building … 407 E. Washington Street, Benton
· Juvenile Detention Center …409 E. Washington Street, Benton
· Campbell Building …901 Public Square, Benton, IL
· County Courthouse…101 Public Square, Benton, IL Mowing at the Courthouse will be with a push mower only and will be equipped with a bagger.
Mowing will be done as needed, normally once a week until the dry season.
Grass is to be cut at approximately 2” high.
Sidewalks cleared of grass after mowing.
Minimum of $500,000.00 liability insurance required. Certificate to be filed with the Franklin County Board Office.
Billing can be submitted monthly to Franklin County Board Office.
· Bids will be accepted until noon, Monday, March 24, 2025.
· Bids can be submitted to the Franklin County Board Office, Courthouse or emailed to [email protected]
· Bids will be opened and read aloud publicly at Franklin County Board Office on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 3:30 PM.
· The county board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
