Credentials will only be issued upon the authority of your Department Head. The information you provide to us will be verified with your leadership prior to a card being issued.

EOC ACCESS: You will notice a section (red box) on your credential for “EOC Access”. This access code is assigned to you for security screening process during activations of the Franklin County Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
