S of A Deputy Clerk Job Posting
This position will be located in Benton, Illinois.
This is a full time, union position with IMRF retirement and insurance benefits. Pay will be in agreement with local union contracts.
JOB SUMMARY:
· Update ownership and change addresses per filing of deeds.
· Create new parcel numbers along with new property record cards.
· Enter required information from deeds filed into IDOR website.
· Send and receive exemptions from tax payers.
· Answer phone calls & be available onsite to answer taxpayer’s questions.
